Not a Native

I have no idea what this pretty bloom is, yet I have seen it often over the years so assume it is quite common.  I picked it from a resident's garden when I was out walking this morning and was taken by the simple structure and gorgeous warm colours. It is a very gloomy day today, the sun barely showing through the clouds as you can see by my extra. Had to "faff" it a little as the grey of the sky is a bit depressing.   Will spring weather never come?
