Newark Castle

A lazy start to the day as  I have a few days off work. I decided to head over to Newark to take a few shots as I had seen a few shots that other people had taken and posted on Flickr. I have driven past the ruins of Newark castle on a few occasions and just ignored the place , but it actually has plenty of photo opportunities. This evening a quick trip to visit my Mum and catch up with her as she has had an enjoyable  weekend away in Blackpool .
A day of Birding for me to look forward to tomorrow  so fingers crossed a few photo opportunities .
