Tree Kangaroo

One of the many amazing animals we saw today in the rainforest, accompanied by a wildlife expert and animal spotter.  In addition to this charming tree kangaroo, we saw a platypus (in the Extra photo), a cane toad, a grey snake, lots of very large huntsman spiders, a selection of possums and a musky rat kangaroo (the smallest and oldest of the kangaroo family -- not a rat, but about the size of a large fat one.)  And too many birds to count, including a selection of very colourful parrots.
