Friday 3 August 2012: Needless Vandalism

PT and I had a wander round the Dundee Centre briefly this evening with the sole intention of getting a blip. PT managed to get a shot of one of the tunnels leading from the city square but I was struck by the needless vandalism that was apparent. Why is it necessary to pull out plants from the flower displays which take time, effort and money to plant? Many people enjoy the difference it makes as they walk past the plants in the town centre and appreciate a little colour added to their lives.
