Monday 13 August 2012: Spit and .....

Greenwich almost a ghost town today- 1 day post the Olympics - quite weird. Thought I could venture into Greenwich Park today, but only open tomorrow. Can't wait! The only people who are still making their presence felt, are the armed forces.

Just before boarding his ferry to the HMS Ocean still docked here, this soldier obviously thought he might be in trouble, so gave his shoes a quick polish.
