Tuesday 14 August 2012: Friends !!
Mike and Jackie have a holiday apartment near Boulonge sur Mer and I was so pleased that they came to see us today for lunch and to spend the afternoon catching up on all the news from back home .
I think we are all feeling very full after a wonderful lunch prepared by my OH with fresh vegetables from the garden and as you can see in the photo Rhubarb pie which was delicious with lashings of cream or sorbet .
I was pleased to show them around the garden and to get their feed back on my pool project it's good to have some support on this subject .
They left around 5pm to head back to Boulonge I hope they have a safe trip. Later this evening my son with his partner and little Liam will arrive for a few days so that will be lots of fun .
