Thursday 16 August 2012: Another Domestic Goddess
My two little mini-mes have enjoyed their kitchen immensely today!
So much so that, when I had a little time to spare, I chopped up the towel Claudia chose yesterday to make a couple of towels, a little trivet and these oven gloves. Once she realised what they were for (and stopped wearing them around her neck like a scarf) she couldn't get enough of them and kept bringing me things with them saying "carefully Mummy, it's hot!". Pots, teacups, even a toy train, all got the oven glove treatment :)
She's enjoying making new recipes for me (her favourite is fish with lemon and garlic, of which I heartily approve!) and Amy is even catching on, although she doesn't seem to enjoy her own cooking just yet... :)
