Back Blip -Edinburgh l fringe

Back home after a wonderful time at the Fringe in Edinburgh. The sun shone while we were their with heat wave conditions yesterday ( Thursday 16th )

Well the sun shone most of the time except when we headed out from our guest house by Leith Links. just as well I had waterproofs in the car. Torrential rain all the way up Easter Road and during the game. Grand result and very good football , sadly spoiled by the clowns who saw fit to boo poor Ian Black on his debut match. We were with a lot of Hibs fans in the West stand and they were all disgusted by the treatment of this young player. Shocking, how can true fans boo someone who steps on to the pitch wearing his country's colours?

Rant over ! back to the wonderful fringe. This upload seems for me , to capture the festival in the glass ball juggled by one of the street performers. fascinating to watch him manipulate this ball , moving it in all directions capturing reflections of the Royal Mile with festival visitors and St Giles cathedral reaching to the sky.
