Friday 17 August 2012: I'm in shock!!!
I can't believe it - I actually went for a swim in the sea this evening, and it was gorgeous! Ok Guernsey Ka you're right, it is beautiful! and I'm so pleased I made the effort at long last, even if it's towards the end of the summer. Wahey!
It was soooooooooooo hot today, probably the hottest day of the year so far, and what did I do all day? ...... paint walls! Er..... why did I choose today to do that? Sometimes you just have it in your mind to get something done regardless, don't you! Oh well, I made up for it this evening!
Today's photo was taken while I went for a paddle just after lunch, in an effort to cool down a bit before continuing with the walls.
