Glasgow rooftops.

After twenty minutes spent releasing my car from its ice covering I headed into town for an opticians appointment first thing in the morning. Even although it was below freezing there were still people sitting on the city pavements begging at 9am. Fortunately, I could be restored by a coffee and apricot croissant in Cafe Nero. After my appointment, since the sun was beginning to come out, I went up to the viewing gallery in the Lighthouse to admire the city view on such a fine morning. It was too cold for the outside view! For some reason there is a piano in the viewing gallery! Maybe somebody will play 'On a Clear Day'!
