Slow day

I think, allowing for my GPS thing not working in the woods, that I just about covered the 18 miles I'd set out to run this morning.

Setting out at 7, it was already warm and muggy and for the first 13 miles I felt like I was having fun. The last 5 were a bit up and down and one or two hills may have been walked but, mostly, I kept some form of running going.

I am finding it a bit harder to be a fully contributing member of my household at this precise moment. I quite fancy a quick snooze but am currently arbitrating on some Lego related squabbling.

We are staying at my sisters at the moment. She has this jazzy mirror. Blip found for today!
