Sunday 19 August 2012: Living History
I spent a couple of hours today surrounded by Picts, Jacobites, Vikings, World War 1 soldiers, Medieval Knights, American Civil War soldiers and a variety of other fierce and not so fierce soldiers.
Scotland's Festival of History ~ Chatelherault.
Its great to see history brought to life like this and very educational for all the young ones present.
This was just a small taster event - a much bigger one will take place in Lanark next year.
