Sunday 19 August 2012: Dreamin'
Busy in Oban today. As we left the Calmac offices, MV Clansman was just docking at the Railway Pier. Love to see her manoeuvring, seeming gigantic against the tight fit of the pier, but she's inch-perfect. Her usual routes are Barra or Tiree/Coll, magic names and magic places. She was built in Devon and registered in 1998 in Glasgow.
The little blue boat in front is Dawn Maid out of Troon. Neat.
Being this close to boats - well let's face it, just seeing them from a distance - I get to dreamin' ......
