Sunday 19 August 2012: Auntie Ann's limoncello

Spent the day walking, gardening and shopping, so needed to do something relaxing.
Auntie Ann loves limoncello and I normally make it at Christmas, but saw some unwaxed lemons and decided the time was right.
It's not quite the same as the Italian version - but has the same effect!
