Beach Girls

I went to Brighton to spend the day with my 3 best girlies from college and we got the shock of our lives as it was sunny and lovely.

Cue a day of old fashioned english pleasure, an ice cream parlour for lunch, a play on the 2p machines on the pier, chips on the beach and bright blue slushies and a paddle in the sea. Sounds delightful except for the fact that Brighton has a pebble beach and my feet are apparently very sensitive. It was quite a painful journey down to the sea and more so on the way back but still i think it was worth it and the 20 minutes i spent with the high speed shutter trying to get a wave at just the right point for this shot were well worth the effort. :)
