Ollie's 1st birthday

Ollie was a lucky boy as most of the family turned up for his birthday at his Grandad's house. This was my contribution to the party. Unfortunately Luckily we didn't need the firebrigade and his Mum seemed to enjoy it too. His Dad and big bro were also on hand, but this being the best photo, won the blip shot.

We headed out to The Hermitage for a wee walk and had great fun with his big cousin Euan. (If only blip allowed video....sigh!) Lets just say he is putty in his Auntie's hands.

Big bro L cooked like a maniac and fed us royally. His Tempura prawns were tasty, as were his vegetarian option Tempura. I was just too slow off the mark
to have more than one..... they were absorbed by the hoards. The fiz flowed and the food and cakes consumed, we all left sated and happy.

I think Ollie enjoyed it almost as much, but my pressie of a peg and hammer set from The Early learning centre, would have been enjoyed a whole lot better by him, if there had actually been a hammer included, instead of and extra set of pegs. A tad embarrasing when your pressie is defective.

Happy 1st birthday Ollie. Your far too cute, btw :-)
