Through the Mist

I found the surreal shapes of trees fascinating this morning through the heavy mist, more a fog than a mist really. It was the Waddesdon Manor Christmas meal for staff and volunteers today - there are actually so many of us that it is split into three events.  The meal was delicious and it was good to meet up with volunteers i haven't seen for a while; with us all working different shifts it can be weeks not seeing someone.  

This evening at Camera Club we  had John Humphrey speaking to us about Creative Photography.  He is an excellent speaker and an inspirational creative photographer. I have made lots of notes and have many new ideas to try, so there might be a few odd blips ahead! This blip is a misty shot of some trees and then a few Topaz filters applied .
