South County Civic Center

I've always wanted to stop and photograph this building- I don't know what the V-shaped objects on the wall are, or the whys and hows...but the shadows or reflections that are produced when the sun shines through them vary in size, shape, and colors, depending on the position or angle, and brightness of the sun. (Easier to see in large)
