Inverness Castle

Today I competed with lots of tourists to take pictures of the castle. I was that rare thing, a local photographing the old pile, a building that looks like a castle, but isn't. A destination better journeyed to than reached. A nineteenth century complex of court rooms for barristers and bad boys. But nothing much for tourists.
