As if dragging a tyre up steep gravel paths on Woodbury Common isn't enough for Adventurer Ann Daniels , she even puts weights inside the rim to make it a bit more of a challenge.
The Arctic explorer is back in training for another Polar trip, she has conquered both poles and it was definitely worth getting up at 6am to catch up with her on one of her early morning sessions.
