Black Vulture

While on our walk today we took more pictures of the Anhinga and a white Heron but we also shot a few pictures of this Black Vulture.   We at first thought it might be a Turkey Vulture but I don't see any sign of red skin on its head.    It could be a juvenile Turkey Vulture but none of its friends were red heads either.
