I'll be glad to see the back of this week in some respects. It's turning out to be a bit of roller coaster to be honest!

Dawn's parents are here for 2012 British Speedway Grand Prix in Cardiff tomorrow. It's been days since we saw them last!

I'm really looking forward to tomorrow evening, it's always a great event. Hopefully we will have a decent race track with plenty of racing lines, and not a slick processional track like last year.

I've got the laptop working again, stupid anti virus update banjaxed it!
