Welshcakes

I appear to have not blipped for a few days. Unfortunately for me, I've not even written a journal entry for today so I don't remember what we did!

Only that I made Welshcakes, challenged by that Withers woman. I want a proper griddle/bakestone for my birthday... Still, they were not bad. Lemon curd and chocolate chip flavoured. Yummy with coffee!
