Friday 26 December 2008: Chimney in field near St Neot, Cornwall
We're down in St Neot for a couple of days, staying at Charles' and Val's. This tin mine chimney is in a field just along the track from the house.
I took this earlyish this morning - before midday anyway! As you can see, it was a beautifully bright start to the day, though much colder than yesterday.
You'll note that it's taken with my new Nikon D40, which I'm still getting to grips with so just using the basic settings. The light is nice but it's not quite as sharp as I would have liked.
