Katie and I had decided to do a mini Come Dine With Me for fun! The trio of desserts proved to be a tad more challenging than we had anticipated. The tarte au citron was out to get us but we conquered it in the end! Well done Kate!

This is Katie prior to noshing the Thai fish cakes - the hot and sweet chilli sauce was rather scrummy!
