A seriously dull picture but it's all I've got in the bag.  My back decided enough was enough and took me off-line.  I've been pushing my luck. Thankfully I know when this happens that it will pass - the cats are great company during these events and I watched a few episodes of the Mary Tyler Moore* Show on my iPhone.  Eventually by around 5:30 p.m. I felt mobile enough that I could escape the floor and the house to find some food that didn't require any preparation, just something to zap in the microwave.  

In other news, we have the movers scheduled for 2/13.
