Lake Wakatipu

This is the view from TSS Earlshaw, a beautiful historic steam ship, and great way to see the Lake which is a focal point in Queenstown.  A very warm(!!!!) day today which started in Wanaka, took us over the Crown Range, into Arrowtown for a look round the old gold town and some excellent retail therapy (!), followed by a trip up the Gondola in Queenstown (FANTASTIC VIEW), the cruise on 1912 built TSS Earlshaw, then a dip in a private hot pool overlooking the Shooter River.  Another brilliant day rounded off with a meal at Lonestar, singing along to the Monkees, and other suitable music!
