effects of Isaac

I wouldn't have wanted to be going out the inlet on a boat today (between the markers, just to the left of wall/breaker) and it was only mid-tide! The city beaches were closed when we took a little ride to see what the water looked like.
I was finally able to back-blip this and 3 others on 8-28, don't know why they wouldn't upload, but glad it's working again :)
