Times changing?

This is our local park.

It was alive with kids tonight. Counted 76 kids between the park and the skatepark. Then added to that there was the kids football team training and then there was the bowling club and the tennis club.
Not half bad for a tiny wee village in the north east of Scotland.
It reminded me of busy 70's evenings when I was growing up. No need to reclaim the streets up here. Hope it stays that way. I'm very pleased my kids are growing up here.

Only real difference? Being very aware that I was a lone bloke at the park (with my own kids, I may add) taking pics. Made me aware of what I was doing. That wouldn't have crossed my mind in the 70's
