35 — Spokes

Today's assignment from the book "Vision 365: Mastering the Everyday Practice of Seeing": photograph diagonal lines.

Quiet day at home today, unfortunately I have had a head cold for a few days that has got progressively worse. Needed some rest today.

While at home I replaced the broken spoke on my hybrid bikes wheel then used it as the subject for today's assignment. The interlaced spokes form a pleasing pattern of cris-crossing diagonal lines.

If I feel better tomorrow maybe I can get out for a short ride. Perhaps waiting till Monday might be better though.
