Gopher Plants Starting to Bloom

As promised, my gopher plants are starting to bloom. At this stage, they look like little cabbages peeking out. This whole thing is about an inch in diameter right now. Each of those "cabbages" turns into a bloom. It is quite spectacular when they are all in full bloom and the bees are very busy. I am looking forward to their arrival.

I am grateful for the promise of more tiny things to photograph.
