Sycamore

This tree is in the middle of the park and every time I see it, it reminds me of the tree on the Kindle. Unfortunately there is nothing in this to show the scale, but the branches start at about chest height!

Quite often there are sheep lying around underneath it, and sometimes deer. On the trunk you can see where they have rubbed against it.

Talking of the Kindle, I have brought mine south with me, but by the time bed time comes, I haven't got any energy left to read with! I sleep like a log!
