Barony

Not saying whether my encounter with the Almighty happened or not (see yesterday's entry) but woke up to a blanket of snow outside this morning. It had been snowing a little during my journey down, but obviously that had intensified during the hours of darkness. This was the view from my bedroom window when I opened the curtains this morning.

Later this morning I got the news we had been expecting but not wanting. My close circle of cousins is now one fewer. A sad day.
