Tuesday 30 December 2008: Biking
Took the dogs for a ride in Pitmedden forest. Even though it's not far from here I really haven't explored it properly. But today I did - a bit anyway. Found loads of trails to ride - if I was fit enough.
I've got a long way to go to get my thighs and lungs ready to Telemark in February.
