Native Hibiscus

Back to my beloved native flowers today in celebration of Flower Friday. I have been watering a neighbour's garden while she is away and spotted this beautiful bloom.  I photographed it in situ, but then decided to pick it (it would have died before my neighbour returns, so she will forgive me).  I found the stamen a really beautiful complex contrast to the petals.  I have zeroed in on the centre in my extra.
