Carn Liath 975m

This is Carn Liath (in the rain!). I took this blip just after running down from the summit. It's the first Munro I've climbed on my own and it made a great run from the cottage. Just under 10 miles. I think I timed the run well because as I was heading back along the road I could see the clouds descending and the top was in thick mist.

Thankfully, the family waited for me before starting lunch. Ian had made a delicious pot of roasted butternut squash soup and baked some rolls. A perfect follow up to an enjoyable run!
