Someone's been using neon paint on my favourite graffitied brickwork and I rather like it but would prefer a picture to plain old writing or tagging.

Walked to town for some gentle exercise as advised by Occupational Health and then got a lift back home as I was really tired again. Now having a pre- dinner rest and trying to stay horizontal as much as possible. I think I may put some music on and try to get zen like!

MrH has family visiting today and they are all in the living room watching the rugby and seemingly enjoying it from the sounds I can hear.

I've never been so deeply tired as I am at the moment, I'm guessing this is a good thing in the long term.
