Natural Bread Company: Tart Textures

Brighter berry bursts in large.

Today was rather more pedestrian than yesterday, even though both (similarly) started relaxedly at NBC. I thought that these looked particularly pretty today, but my pick was more predictable... It is too tricky to choose, so I (almost) always opt for a cinnamon bun.

I photographed the textural tray bakes, tasty tarts, and curious brioche suisse creatures today, probably completing my photography of the Natural Bread Company's entire range of baked goods... The staff handle the tarts, buns, bread, &c. so tenderly.
