Couscous day

Couscous is one of our favorite meals in the house - and one we try to do quite often.
The key is to get a strong broth, lots of vegetables, flavour full meat (and a nice harissa). This day we actually had found ground mutton so the "sausages" were more authentic tasting than usual. Too bad it's so hard to find mutton usually.
The wine we had with it is very unusual, a red wine made from austrian Blauer Wildbacher grape in a very Italian style. I took it out as I was wondering how it had turned out after 9 years. I needn't have worried, it was a great partner for couscous.
