Mono Monday with letter F theme

Friendship. I have been friends with M for fifty years so we cover a fair bit of history between us. We meet about once a month for a pub lunch (lovely light crisp batter on the fish). She unfortunately lost her arm about 15 years ago, nearly lost her life, but copes very well having done away with the special cutlery first used. She drives an adapted car but is not too confident which is why we always go to the same place.
