Sunday 2 September 2012: Getting the kids out exercising
Today's blip is about getting my two oldest children Sally and Thomas off the computers, IPad etc.. and getting exercise and some fresh air (Well as fresh as it gets in Birmingham) and even if they ache a bit tonight, I think they both enjoyed it.
