It is Monday

This is Ivan Drever, singer songwriter from Orkney, now living in Norway. He had been on a very successful sold out tour of Scotland and he was in Moniaive las night. An impromptu gig was set up in the "coach house " of the Craigdarroch hotel and I felt privileged to be there. It had not been well promoted so there was just about 15 of us there with the sound system set up by Peter of Moshies Bagel -yes we were in good company! And I just could not believe it as I had an old settee to sit on, a pint at hand and just about enough light to sketch with! Heaven!
