Still on the couch

......or sofa, or settee???

We had quite a disturbed night with the little man. He woke twice with his night terrors, but seemed to sleep well from 2.30am. I went off to work and GravyC stayed home this morning. Noo woke at 10am and they went back to see the duty GP. He looked at Noo's throat and thought it was just sore from vomiting - no tonsillitis. He perked up after some Calpol and has had a good afternoon. Things have gone downhill again this evening, but another dose of Calpol will hopefully sort him out.

I managed to get out for a run this evening - a hill session that I didn't really need. Good for the mind if not for the body
