Excited!

We had a really good day today. We went to look at a lovely car - a Honda Civic Tourer - and had a test drive in it. It was simply wonderful! It's a couple of years old, but in immaculate condition and we both loved it. And next Tuesday it will be ours!

We had our car washed at Sainsbury's on the way to the garage just to make it look more presentable. We also went to Dunelm (nearby) to buy some new towels, crockery and pillows and then had lunch in Sainsbury's cafe - very good lasagne for £5 each. We met a friend and his Mum in the cafe too, by chance (the friend who got married back in November.

I hadn't remembered to take any photos when we were out - which was a shame as it was a lovely sunny day - so this selfie will have to do!
