An amazing old bike !!!

This is the advertising mode of a great wee hand made jewellery business in the village.
It has been seen tied to railings and lamposts at various points on the main road through the village since we came here.
What is amazing is that the wheels are still on it, I cant imagine this happening in Glasgow
