N's birthday

N got a new wildlife camera trap for his birthday today as the old one finally gave up the ghost a few weeks ago. Watching the foxes out in our back alleyway has become such a part of his life that he really wanted a new one.

In other news, my tonsillitis has returned, just two days after finishing the course of antibiotics. I managed to get an appointment with the doctor this morning and she gave me another course of tablets (half the strength of the last course, strangely) and sent me off for a batch of blood tests.
