Eildon Hills

We were orienteering near Melrose in the Eildon Hills today. I rather felt yesterday’s exertions, and didn’t really get going until half way round. It was hot and sunny, and truth be told the course was rather uninspiring and overly long. We would have been far better staying up north and walking again. However, the view of the eastern most Eildon Hill complete with someone parapenting was rather nice.
