Wednesday 5 September 2012: Collapsing

I do like it when the means of separation decay.

(By aligning & blending 5 hand-held frames via Hugin & LuminanceHDR, I've gone from a 16-megapixel camera with lowest ISO of 160, and pretty crappy image-quality at that, to produce a 21-megapixel image, pin sharp where it needs to be, with the noise equivalent of ISO 40. Platinum-toned black&white conversion in digiKam. Pointing the camera in the right direction: priceless.)
