I couldn’t not blip. I’m not ready to miss a day ………… yet. 

This is the strawberry amaretti cake I made earlier. To be served after dinner with vanilla ice cream and a strawberry coulis. It should have been made with raspberries but I had a few bags of frozen strawberries in the freezer. Not sure how it will taste.
