Action shot!

I was marshalling again today at a Canicross Time Trial in Strathclyde Park. I enjoy being involved so much, it's almost as much fun as actually taking part. The spot where I was stood today was very 'technical' - that is tricky underfoot, high probability of face planting! Fortunately no one did - I can't bare the sight of someone actively bleeding!!
